Your Personal Exploration

I have interviewed over 250 people on the question, “What is a good life?” Whether through my own initial research project with private interviews, my podcast, or discussions with executive leadership team members, I have seen this process have profound effects on people.

I sense that, on some level, this is a question we all carry as we move through life.

Each interview has revealed something uniquely different.

It seems to be a question only you can answer for yourself.

Yet, we often give it little personal attention or authorship.

We follow the templates, values, and cultural myths shaped by so-called experts and society, then wonder why this life doesn’t feel like our own.

When I started this project and initially interviewed 120 people privately during COVID, I was simply interested in offering people a space to reflect and go deeper than their initial answers allowed.

To truly uncover and reconnect with what they inherently felt carried meaning in their lives—
not because anyone else suggested it, but by exploring this question for themselves.

From this powerful place, new possibilities emerge.

I am now offering this as a coaching session, discussion, exploration—call it what you will—as a one-off engagement:

A 90-minute session of introspection, reflection, and discovery. I provide an audio recording of it to listen back to, a transcript, a write up of the session with key themes and insights that were shared.

An experience designed to leave you with deep insights and new perspectives to carry forward.
